To blog or not to blog - have not "blogged" in a while - things go through my mind, and in lots of cases they leave my mind just as quickly! - I do keep thinking about this coming Thursday - It is our last Griefshare meeting for this group. - they told us to bring a pic or pic(S) of our loved one, or whatever we'd like, and we will have a memorial and light some candles. Sounds nice. I think I'm anxcious about it though - and I'm sure I'll cry. - Not always easy in front of people. But - well, they are all going through it too, so ...
Well so now I need to pic out a couple pics of Captain Nemo - I have several now that sit here on my desk. - I also think I'm going to bring a dvd of a clip of Captian Nemo and I dancing at my step-son's wedding. I have mentioned it in the meeting a couple of times, and it is a fave memory of mine. *sigh* - so, I guess there is no turning back - I mean I don't have to go, but I really want to - I actually kind-of wish the meetings would last just a little longer though - maybe a couple more weeks - ( we meet one day a week) - I do hope that the group memebers all keep in touch. It's a really nice group of people, and you do get to know these folks on a pretty intimate level - I mean, how much more personal can you get than sharing about the death of a loved one? - - yes, there are other personal things in life too, but this is right up there at the top of the list! So friends, if you'll keep me ( and my Mum, who is also attending these meetings together with me), in your prayers, it would be much much appriecated. :)
I love you Daddy

Well, school is back in session - we *seem* to finally back on a roll - Dr.'s appt. and me having migraines, and doing me volunteer work, helping Mum with things that still need to be addressed, and going to GriefShare meetings, have all taken a part in delaying some of our lessons, but like I said, we now *seem* (* hoping with fingers crossed tightly), to be back on a roll with getting the work done.

- Lots of extra stuff to also do 'round here, as usual - but hopefully that can be handled too. - One day at a time, right? Gotta get the Easter deco out and up - one of kiddos fave things to do is to deco the house for each season and/or holiday. *( I like it too!), and go through the clothes and purge, purge, purge. Mum is thinking of having a yard sale - (I KNOW we'll have things to contribute!) - it will also help with getting things cleared out for Captain Flint and family to move in with Mum.

Easter is just around the corner, and so we will all be piling in over at me folk's home. - Fer an egg hunt and a lovely meal.

Anybody remember American Bandstand?
Here's a few ditty's I was listening to that fit the bill for having a good beat and being able to dance to them! ;)
These last few weeks have actually been pretty tough - Keep stuffing it all down cause I have to. - Not good emotionally or physicaly for me to do that really. - But what do you do when you're all but ingnored and invisable? Family just doesn't seem to get it, and acts oblivious to everything. - Even going out of their way to not include me. - Oh well, same crap different day I suppose - just wish it didn't hurt more than usual - but I guess everything does to some degree at this point. - Not being included in a family celebration, my own celebration ignored by certain family members, not included ( even when they knew I was around = home) to go through Dad's things, and now to have one of my emails accounts cancelled before getting all of the emails from my Dad off of it - and not even told - found out when someone else told me about it - So thankful that I found that I could still get on there and get them off. - printed out some, like the Birthday email he sent me, and forwarded others to another account, like the email jokes he used to send. - I don't get it - it's not like I was gunning for these people and I deserve some sort of revenge - I just don't get it at all. Like I said, same crap, different day - guess it's just how the dice rolls for this Pirate Girl.

Today was not my day - definitely. - THought I was on a roll this morning - after dealing with a migraine coming on - started up school, and then it started to rear it's ugly head once again. had to take some more meds and lay down - guess I'm feeling the pressure - pressure I've put on myself ( i guess). - wanted to have a nice little get together with family to celebrate Captain Hook and his Dad's Birthdays - ( Yep, exactly a week later after mine and Captain Nemo's). - getting help from my sis in law - but from no one else - Had to clean house, (still more to do), and do school ( we are behind - due to doc appt.s, my volunteer work, migraines, and just having off days, dealing with Captain Nemo's passing).
- I went and 'saw' him this evening, Captain Nemo that is,,, just needed to. I hate that he's gone
